Meet Kola

The person behind
the systems you're buying.

I'm the founder of Kola AI Systems. I'm a former LinkedIn employee — Senior Account Executive — and my lane has always been owning digital marketing at scale: advertiser portfolios, live budgets, and outcomes measured in pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.

The LinkedIn-era revenue and scale from those portfolios — spend managed, accounts in motion, ROI lift — are in the row directly under this section. Today I build governed AI programs and workflow automation for teams that need audit-ready delivery. I previously served in the U.S. Army National Guard as an HR specialist — high-stakes personnel and records work that still shapes how I think about process, documentation, and working under scrutiny.

Commercial real estateLinkedIn Ads

Heavy spend, weak pipeline.

Rebuilt targeting and creative path so spend reached asset managers, not random corporate titles. Added retargeting and a cleaner handoff to sales. Result: stronger ROAS on closed revenue and a shorter path to first deal.

Why this work

I don't sell finished AI. I build systems that improve in production.

Most teams don't need another demo deck — they need programs that stay documented when models and vendors change, with evidence in a portal instead of scattered screenshots. That's the shape of work I focus on.

Brokerages are sitting on two live problems: tools that nobody has documented or governed, and a book that isn't being worked as hard as it could be. I build systems that close both gaps at once — and I dogfood the same stack on my own ops first.
